Refund policy

We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.

We do not offer refunds due to the following:

All of our products are printed on demand, especially for each customer at the time that they order.  Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase.  Orders for Apparel, Mugs, Textiles and Ornaments cannot be canceled or modified 12 hours after purchase.


(1) Items that are damaged on arrival will be replaced with proper documentation of defective/damaged. documentation will be evaluated  by customer service representative who ill determine if exact replacement item will be ordered and sent to same address. 

(2) Email us at {Roamingturtle365@gmail.com} (Name, Order Number, and any information of why you are requesting a replacement). 

If you provided the correct address, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge.  If you want to change the address, you will need to pay the shipping and handling fee. 

Order Cancellation

All of our products are printed on demand, especially for each customer at the time that they order.  Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase.  Orders for Apparel, Mugs, Textiles and Ornaments cannot be canceled or modified at all. 

Warranties

Our standard replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you replacement.  

International Shipping

Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
